Guest guest
These articles were very good. My question is this: should fish oil capsules be refrigerated to avoid becoming rancid? I did not grow up eating fish, but have learned to do so for health reasons and have learned to like wild salmon if cooked in certain ways. My husband takes fish oil capsules daily, but I am wondering if I should also do that since I've suffered from depression over the years, partly due to chronic illness issues. Other family members have bipolar depression although I do not. Does anyone out there refrigerate capsules to keep them from becoming rancid? Thank you. Guest guest
I don't do fish oil capsules. I do a tablespoon of cod liver oil each day. Capsules are a very expensive way to buy the oil, and with capsules, I have no idea if the oil is going rancid.
