Sounds like the " Triple Heater Meridian " is out of balance, with some

accupressure it can be modified..

Person always hot

I have a friend that is complaining to always be hot (in temperature). Even

when the temperature outside is cool. This person is also overweight. And in

fact her Dad who is also overweight experiences the same problem. So it's like

she inherited being hot from him. Her step mom no blood relation doesn't have

the problem even though she is overweight..

I'm trying to think what advice I could give to this person. I don't ever

know what this problem is called.

Or it could be the thalamus, which if it is that, just rubbing up and

down your temples (sides of head by the eyes) briskly for 20-30

seconds should adjust it. The thalamus is the body's thermostat, and

that has a lot to do with how hot or cold you feel. The rubbing of

the temples like that basically helps adjust the body to deal with

whatever temperature, hot or cold, it is currently in.
