As we know now that uridine removes depression IMMEDIATELY and it is found in

sugar beet and sugar cane molasses in concentrated form, it was very useful

info' from dear Catherine on 27 May, 2005, that CDP-choline in 500mg dose raises

plasma uridine 70-90 per cent!!!

I searched google for CDP-choline, but did not come up with useful information.

Does anyone have information on CDP-choline? For example, there is choline

chloride, phosphatidyl choline and now this CDP-choline. Suppose one eats eggs

or sardines, will one naturally get the CDP-choline?

In that case, if I am not asking for too many goodies too fast, howmany eggs

will give howmany mg of CDP-choline?

Thanks in anticipation.

Ratan.

Dear Ratan,

After a search on our alternative-medicine-message-boards.info

I discovered CDP Choline listed in a rather old article from Willner

Chemists online. The product is made by Jarrow Formulas.

Although they no longer have the original article included on the

site, there is a PDF file for the product mentioned.

Good luck! JoAnn
