Guest guest
I was wondering if any of you know if there are any " safe " toothpastes on the market. I often wonder since we are using purified water to put in our mouths if the toothpaste we use is safe. I would appreciate a response if you know the answer to this question. Also, is aspirin safe to take to thin the blood (besides using Vitamin E and other supplements to help thin the blood). Thank you in advance. There are " safe " toothpastes on the market however some of them are not very " effective " ! Myrhh, tea tree and other natural antiseptics are fabulous for keeping bacteria at bay and minimizing tooth decay. Of course our diet has a lot to do with whether we lose our teeth or not. As we all know, refined sugars lack mineral content. This leads to calcium loss from our teeth and bones. Obviously, pH balance also plays a major role in our dental health. I have tried cartloads of natural toothpastes and rinses. The ones that I like best are the ones made by Boiron " Homeodent " , and Jason. I've heard that Alfred Vogel (Bioforce) has a very effective product as well. Jason has several good varieties, although my preference is their fennel/tea tree oil toothpaste. It just seems to help counteract bacteria in a special way. Plantation mouthwash with tea tree oil is very good also, although the first time I used it, it was not at all my favorite. The taste grows on you and leaves your mouth fresh and tingly which I love! :-) Bioforce has a wonderful mouthwash as well, although you have to mix it with water and if you can find the time to do that I recommend it very highly. I alternate with all these and find them very effective! Tom's of Maine is just not a good substitute although it does not contain the harmful fluorides I just would not recommend it at all although you will find it on every mainstream store shelf in america. I could write a book on every topic you've asked about, but this covers this subject. No aspirin isn't healthy. It is a drug laced with harmful chemicals. Try white willow bark if you want its natural counterpart. It does not keep us from experiencing heart attacks, in fact there is tons of evidence to the contrary. Aspirin worsens heart trouble and furthermore the medical community admits to it. I have several articles to this effect. Why doctors still tell their patients to keep taking it is a mystery to me. It is the leading cause of death in arthritics and advanced heart disease. If those who have heart surgery insist on taking it, it most certainly leads to their demise Cheers, JoAnn
