Guest guest
Hi I have found what appears to be an excellent alternative and natural food supplement which is medically proven to reduce blood pressure, dissolve clots and thin blood etc. Its called Nattokinase and a quick search on google will give you all the info you need if interested, and if you can understand the medical lingo, you could try doing it on http://scholar.google.com/ Ive ordered some from www.doctorstrust.com as its the cheapest I could find (and Im in UK) even with post on top. For US people its free post if you spend over 75 USD I know cayenne helps hearts but that seems to cause me palpatations (I have atrial fibrillation). I already take turmeric on food, omega oil, coenzyme cq10 and magnesium, among other things, but because my cardiologist has hinted he will want me on warfarin soon, I went all out to try finding something to do same job but naturally, and hence found the natto. I find that cq10 is very effective at settling my irregular heartbeats. So if the natto helps thin blood for me along with the omega oils etc I am very hopeful of avoiding rat poison!! I read (medical evidence) that a cup of tomato juice a day reduces blood stickyness by 27% after a month, Carole
