Guest guest Posted January 14, 2002 Report Share Posted January 14, 2002 I thought I'd chime in here -- I agree! I have also had good luck with the Eat Right for Your Type, and I too, am an O. It has become clearer for me just today, as I have been trying to stay away from red meat (b/c I have endometriosis and have had considerable pain with all of the holiday sinning!) and I have been so weak, unable to recover my energy from the terrible period I had. I had red meat last night (venison -- yum!) and I feel better today. I think some bodies need small portions of red meat, not just animal products, b/c I have been eating eggs and poultry all along. I am not advocating the standard American diet, by any means. But I do think there is something to the fact that different bodies need different things, and lots of fruits and veggies are a must for everyone.
