Guest guest
Does anyone have any information on this stone? I only have a couple of books that mention stones and ofcourse it's not in there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and have a wonderful day. Guest guest
Dear Patty, I bought beads of blue goldstone at a bead convention. Is that what you're talking about? The salesperson told me that this is an composite/altered stone. She said this and the regular brown goldstone are altered with heat & additives to give them that appearance. They are stone - not glass or plastic. So, as a " natural stone " goldstone wouldn't qualify. But I think that blue goldstone looks like a starry night. The sparkles look like they're coming from varying depths in the midnight blue stone. I'd love to find a big 1 inch bead of it. I'd wear it as a pendant - like a globe of galaxies:) Gail In a message dated 1/10/02 5:34:14 PM, PACorapi writes: >Does anyone have any information on this stone? Guest guest
Hi Patty, I was just looking for it in my all-time favorite book - Love Is In The Earth, by A. Melody - that's usually got about everything in it, but I couldn't find that one, and I've never heard of it either... how strange. Could it also go by another name? I'm going to be at a rock, gem and crystal trade show this weekend, I can ask a few vendors that I know if you want? And, there's one other possibility, does this stone have any " real " gold in it? If it does, it's a very rare stone and also a great one for various vibrational properties. I'm assuming you have this stone, do you? I'll keep looking for you......take care, Hugs, Marilyn PS - You're in Florida, you oughta come to the show!!!!!!!!! It's in Daytona..........Friday, Saturday and Sunday - we went last year, it's very, very good. PACorapi wrote: > Does anyone have any information on this stone?
