You do know what to do with, though? Eat it instead of harmful fats and

oils.

And here's one you might not know - it really is good to massage the

inside of your nose with in cold, dry weather.

And your cat will take pills more easily if you swab them (the pills) in

ghee first. Easier in that they go down better (Veggie caps tend to begin to

dissolve before you are through poking to get them down the cat's throat.)

and also that the cat likes the taste so doesn't fuss so much.
