Melt and Pour Soap and Castile Soap

No it isn't .. it is a plain soap base to be used to make your own all

natural, handmade soaps, but it is NOT melt and pour ....

All the term castile means is the soap is either mostly olive oil .. or

all olive oil .... has nothing to do with whether it is a hard bar or

liquid soap. That has to do with the kind of lye used (sodium hydroxide

or potassium hydroxide)

 

You can take a plain bar of olive soap if you wanted .. grate it up, add

water, herbs and EO's to it and get a nice bar of soap that you created

:) Taht is pretty much what my base is .. a nice unscented olive oil

soap ready for you to play with.

I understand.. I 'think'.... yours sounds like much more fun than mine

is...........<grin>

Thanks for the explanation and info.......OH (just sunk in here) this would

also mean your castile base wouldn't be drying to the skin, yes? Cuz of the

olive oil base? Sorry.. a bit slooooooooooow here! LOL
