I am sorry to hear your Mother in law passed away. Take care of that

cold....if you have any dried herbs around the best is peppermint sage and

rose hips for a good vitamin c cold tea.

Hugs, Helaine

Dear James:

My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I know exactly you feelings on

being with someone when they pass on. I was with my sis just a year ago

(cancer) and my mom before that and also a dear, dear friend that passed

away from cancer also. For me there was a peace that is very hard to

explain for each person. Knowing they wouldn't have to suffer anymore was

comforting although they are so terribly missed.

As for your cold etc.--hit the oregano, it works wonders. I didn't get the

flu shot either and I never will. Had one and was sicker then heck and

almost landed in the hospital. Don't ever want to go through that again and

I really feel it was because of the flu shot.

Take care.

Blessings and love,

Effie

Warm wishes during a cold time for you and your family. May memories of

many beautiful holidays with her in the past fill the void you are left

with this year.

And for the cold - I'd take oregano oil, eat raw onions and raw garlic

and REST :)

Colds sure aren't fun to get, but they do tell you something about your

general state of health and your immume system.... flu shots just

introduce a lot of unnecessary stress and toxins to the body.

Watching someone you love pass on is always very hard. For them to share their

wish for this with you is indeed a privilege. Being holiday time makes it even

more difficult. Peace and love to you and your family

Perhaps the cold is there to make you rest and sleep!!

Regards

Ann - Scotland
