Guest guest
Hi all Anyone work with this? Sometimes it just drives me NUTS! I've been TRYING to build a website for Snuggleumpkins.com but I did something wrong. I published a page I couldn't get rid of...Remember the one that took 10 minutes to load >sigh< so for an address I was reduced to giving out .com/index THEN I managed to get rid of THAT page and then I got some web project page! GRRRRRR Took me a day and a half to finally get rid of that and wonders of wonders I finally got the index page up. How did I do it? I haven't got the vaguest idea. I'm terrified that if I try to do anything to that page I'll lose it again and never get it back. And WHO ever said web building was easy and fun. Just point to them for me cuz I've a punch in the nose just dying to meet them! I'm just FILLED with the milk of human kindness! LOL Cheers! Guest guest
Good Luck Kathleen, And you're using Front Page? I use Home Site and Cute FTP and have had GREAT success with them (and I can help you find cracks for them too if ya need) *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com Kathleen Petrides wrote: > Hi all > > Anyone work with this? I also use WS-FTP for publishing. No problems. I've heard nothing but complaints about FrontPage on my web design lists, so I've purposely stayed away from it. -- Sandy
Guest guest
Hi Kathleen, Sandy, Chris, all.... Me too, Sandy, though Chris, homesite's good too... remember this, when they come out with the top ten oxymoron's of the year, EVERY year, Microsoft Works makes number one! I've used front page as well, (ok, in a moment of insanity) and it's messed up! lol Give homesite a try, Kathleen, it's much more user-friendly........
