I know when he boarded that plane he had no idea he would soon sacrifice his life to save countless others. I hope and pray that , if i'm ever in a situation such as his, I will have as much character and courage as he and all the others who gave that sacrifice on Sept. 11. Guest guest
Hi y'all, Sometimes I pay so much attention to punishing the guilty that for a short time, I forget to remember the innocent. The people who lost their lives, some voluntarily putting themselves in harms way to save people they didn't know .. others making a tactical decision to sacrifice their lives in order to avoid more serious consequences. None of these people died in vain. Their ultimate sacrifices have inspired us to accomplish great deeds and the Great Spirit Willing, our deeds will change the world for the better. So I thank them as I remember, and I don't forget those desperate and heroic words of the young man who said, " Let's Roll! Guest guest
Hi Butch, Deonia, all... I too, will never forget him or the countless other heroes that we are so very lucky to have. With those two words, " Let's Roll " one man forever changed the course of history and in so doing, saved the lives of many......... Hugs, Marilyn PS - I was sent (not by any of you guys) the badtrans worm virus the other nite, Norton grabbed it and the e-mail and unfortunately deleted ALL my e-mails so it wouldn't spread - looks like ole Norton isn't taking any chances......um... what'd I miss?
