Guest guest
Could anyone please give me their input on this comment from a new retailer in the arena of essential oil sales? Her advice seems to go against everything I've read. She swears her suppliers gave her this info but I was under the impression that oxygen and light are among an essential oils worst enemy. Here's the clip: > Don't forget to loosen and retighten the caps of your EO bottles > periodically, please? It's good for them..let's them breath. ) > > Thanks, > > Lillian > FBSoaps

Guest guest
Sounds like her eos are fermenting. LOL. Sorry, being a wine maker, that is the only reason I can think of for " letting them breathe. " Adding oxygen to any chemical is usually a bad idea if you want it to remain the same chemical. Personally, I vacuum seal everything I can, and big bottles I use my nitrogen flusher on (from wine stores, it moves the oxygen out since it is heavier). There is plenty of misinformation out there.
