Pipette Measurements?

I purchased some of those plastic disposable droppers/pipettes the other

day. They have marks on them for measuring. They're graded in halves up to

2, i.e. 1/2, 1, 1-1/2, and 2. I'm not sure exactly what measurements these

are. Would this be millileters or drams or what?

No problem. I just think ml because everytime I've used a pipette, those

were the measurements. But remember, I have been known to be wrong at least

once per century ;)

Thanks Michele! I thought so, but I wasn't sure; and I don't have anything

to compare it with.

Sandy,

Do you have the supplier for these pipettes? Most of the ones that

I use do not have the measurements on them.

I purchased them in a dutch auction on eBay. Do a search under pipettes

and you'll find lots of them. I got 100 of them for $3.95 plus shipping.

Hi Sandy,

I'd go to their website and e-mail them and ask.... just to be sure. :)

Marilyn

Okay - they sound great. But where do you find them, who makes them, etc. I

like the idea of the reusable glass so much better than the disposable. I

hate that kind of waste. Thanks in advance for any info or leads.
