Guest guest Posted November 22, 2001 Report Share Posted November 22, 2001 I keep ALL of my flours in the freezer and ALL of my oils in the fridge except the olive (only the olive I want for spread is in the fridge) .. My pantry is overflowing and I have a commercial freezer in the basement that is full of at least half a year's worth of food.
