I know that both stevia and rice bran syrup are yummy sweeteneres that do not affect blood sugar levels the way all others do. Stevia is even safe for diabetics .. AND has no calories! (yes it is a scam that is is not widely available in diet products) > Great to find that out the day before Thanksgiving. You'd love this store, it's a natural foods grocery, very nice and very large. Also in walking distance from our house. I LOVE it! Hey, do wish me luck next week, they do the big 3 hr test. If I pass that, it's back to normal eating for me for Christmas.
