Guest guest
I make stuff for my own personal use and my family, and I've been reading up on rose otto to find ways that I can use it. I recently added some 10% rose otto to my daily facial cleanser (liquid African black soap), and I love it. The aroma is wonderfull, of course, but the oil (probably the jojoba) made the lather very rich and creamy. Rose otto is supposed to be good for mature skin, so I plan to make this a part of my daily facial regimen from now on. Along with the cleanser, I use rose hydrosol as a toner, and I added rose otto to my facial moisturizer (kokum butter, cocoa butter, lavender, and rose otto). What the heck... it might not make me beautiful but I'm surrounded by the most wonderful scent!! :-) -- Sandy
Guest guest
Love your spirt! I used the Rose Otto from listmom's last co-op as a facial oil. I used rosehip and kukui nut oil as carrier oil, added some rose otto, roman and german chamomile, francincense, and my beloved sandlewood. When I receive the Jasmine along with the Helichrysum I ordered from listmom, I will add also the Helichrysum. I think Neroli is also nice (listmom are you reading this?). Is Neroli co-op coming soon? Guest guest
Hi Sandy: I read, with interest, your post on what you do with rose otto. Do you market any of your cleansers, etc. I don't have all the ingredients to make most of the recipes that have been posted so would appreciate any help you could give me. Rose otto is my absolute favorite. Thanks. I hope to take an aromatherapy course next spring to get myself a better foundation. >I don't have all the ingredients to make most of the recipes that have >been posted so would appreciate any help you could give me. Everyone here is so very helpful. I belong to this group and another one (HeavenScents), and they have both helped me very very much! I'm really learning a lot from these knowledgeable people. -- Sandy

Is Neroli co-op coming soon? LOL LOL! I'm also looking forward to the Neroli co-op. I ordered the Jasmine and am looking forward to receiving it. I'm having SO much fun with this stuff. I made some bath salts a couple of months ago for a friend who was going through a bout of depression. She loved it and has asked for more! -- Sandy
Guest guest
Hi Sandy: I am just getting into all the wonderful aromatherapy oils, too.
