Where did you find the Rose EO Nightengale, I got both the Rose EO, and the Rose Hydrosol from Butch, but I think you can get hydrosol from Chris, I know you can get the EO from her. The reacipe I made called for a preservative of some kind that I didn't think was natural so I just added some GSE to it. I knew I wouldn't be selling it and I knew the people I gave it to would use it right away and/or report to me anything that didnn't look just right. I have a pump despensser in my nightstand, one by my computer, one in my car, and one in my purse, so I always haave one handy. It gets pretty how in the car here in Florida, and so far, except for it getting a little too soft once, i've had no problems. I don't have psoriasis but I do have a condition on my right hand that has stumped all five of the suposedely " best in their field" dermatologists I have been sent to. None of them could tell me what it was, they could only tell me what it wasn't. They alluded to the facat that prolonged use of "water" and harsh detergents was the cause for it. First, I notice an itching, around the fingers of my right hand, mostly around my ring finger. If I scratch It, about 8-12 hours later it starts out like little water bumps under the skin. Then , if left untreated, the "bumps" come to the surface if the skin and get progressively worse until they make a sore that will crack open and bleed adn eventually become infected. Nothing has ever touched it before now except a very expensive steroid ointment the doctors would give me a prescription for. It would go away overnight after I used the ointment on it not to return until I put my hands in very how water, like washing dishes, or used almost any cleaner on the market without using rubber gloves. Funny thing about the gloves was though, even If I put them on, when my hands sweated inside them, they would break out anyway. I started making my own soap about 2 years ago and since I'v been using it exclusively, except for a couple of times when I used some bleach , they havn't broken out since. They will start to itch like they're going to if I do too much cleaning with really hot water or wash dishes by hand and add bleach to the dishwater, but if i put this cream on them immediately and keep it on them, and of course stop keeping my hands in really hot bleach water, I don't have any problems. It really stops the itching for me, that's what will drive you crazy. I have even at times, taken a stiff hairbrush and scrubbed my hand to try to stop the itching. Which is a stupid move, but i've done it anyway. I'lm sorry this post is so long but didn't know how to shorten it any. HTH's Deonia and c I also have psoriasis. How long does yours last and do you keep it frig.?
