Have you ever considered a worm bin? Your little guy will grow to love it

and it's a good way to teach recycling etc in a fun climate.

I live in CA and I'm doing Sod All. British Slang (and not very nice

either), for NOTHING! The most I'm doing is moving my pumpkins.

for FUN! I get to fill out the form that asks cheerful charlie questions

like: If you need to be put temporarily on Life support to live, do you wish

this?

If you need Life support to prolong your life, but will never regain

consciousness, do you want this!

I live in the rainy part of washington state (zone 8) I have slowly been harvesting my herbs....dahlias are cut back then it starts raining for 40 days and 40 nightsLOL I have some peppers still growing as well as lavender still blooming. Once I get all this done then I will mulch over the bulbs and herbs so they are protected over the winter. We don't get much snow here but we do get alot of icy nights.

Oh the hell of living in tropical paradise weather where you can eat homegrown

I understand .... I will have my next child at home! FOR SURE! Wanted that

last time but XH was too paranoid and made me uncopmfortable with it! Now

I know better!

Get a DOULA ... you still have time even if baby comes Monday .. she'll meet

you tomorrow, you'll; become buds and she'll make your birth 1 million percent

better!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Larrae

What is a worm bin?

I have a compost pile that we made out of chicken wire and I dump red

worms in it anually I love to get mail order bugs! (I know .. I'm

weird ;p )

Oh and going back to bug saving .. I save worms I see on the side walk

and in the road after rainstorms *LOL*

sounds like here ! I was looking philosophically at my perennial basil this

morning & shaking my head at it's behaviour. it's been in constant flower for

over two years now. When I got it I thought it was supposed to die down each

winter & come back up again a coupla months later. I just wish that I owned the

hive that all the basil's bees go home to each night - must be lovely honey !!

ok so an ignoramus question here (I know there are no stupid ones ;-) ) ... is a

doula the same thing as a midwife, or do they do different stuff for you ???
