Guest guest
1 cup of salt 1 cup of flour up to 1 cup of water but I added little at a time to make it like dough Then I added 1 Tbsp of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. 1/4 tsp of cinnamon eo roll out the dough and make up as many ginger bread men you can cut out then poke a hole in his head for a ribbon to go thru. I baked them at 350 for 20 minutes or longer depending on the oven. Helaine MissHelaineous herb and tea's www.misshelaineous.com
Guest guest
How do you decorate them? Do you paint or put in decorations before baking? I am doing a craft shop in December and the theme is making Gingerbread houses. These would be great for the show. Thanks for the idea. How much do you charge for them at the shows? Have a great day. Guest guest
Hi Patty, That sounds like FUN!!!!!!!!!!! (the craft show!) One time I did a craft show and took a 4 ft tree and literally sold the decorations off the tree - ran OUT of things doing it that way, and the people who hadn't done it that way (which happened to be everyone else) didn't......... just an idea. Have fun and good luck! Hugs, Marilyn PACorapi wrote: > How do you decorate them?
