Today I notified the President (the father) that we are at Defcon 3. A station of heightened alertness. He, in turn, is notifying and instructing his generals and staff members (manager and co-workers), of the need for the extra security and vigilance, and the possibility of mobilinzing the home guard.. With appropriate action we are hoping to go back to Defcon 2, as tonight is the one night I can get out on my own, and so we're doing what we can to calm the situation.
