Guest guest
" Body Savers " <bodysavers > What is the extraction method? It is an absolute, like all Jasmine oil .. solvent extracted .... unfortunately Jasmine cannot be steam or hydro-steam distilled, and enfleurange is not made commercially anymore. It has been GC Tested and shown clean of all traces of solvents (as a properly made absolute should be *Smile* Chris (list mom) Jasmine Absolute Co-op http://www.alittleolfactory.com
Guest guest
Hiyas!!! Got a few questions for you: Are samples available? I noticed, unlike the rose otto co-op, that the price was going down according to size posted on your site - what about larger quantities? :-) Also, thanks muchly for doing it in mls.. ROFL, rather than grams... remembering my confusion in attempting to figure out the 30ml size!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take care..... Guest guest
> Hiyas!!! Howdy > > Got a few questions for you: Hopefully I have a few answers ;p > > Are samples available? Sorry, I have to say no The labor involved in this is extremely high (I learned that with the Rose Otto co-op, more than I even figured it would be - and I figured it would be labor intense), yet I am keeping the price extremely low. Also the period is too short to send out samples first. I can tell you that this is a very fine Jasmine sambac, tested for its purity and quality. The price can't be beat, especially at this quality. I know y'all will be grinning > I noticed, unlike the rose otto co-op, that the price was going down according to size posted on your site - what about larger quantities? :-) Okay folks, I've done the math over several times and despite my strongest desire to, I cannot offer any further discounts on the per ml price ... if I do lower the price any more I'll pretty much be paying y'all to get the Jasmine sambac absolute! (I promise if/when I ever win the big jackpot with Lotto I will buy everyone on this list, and who ever ordered from me, some Jasmine sambac absolute, but not till then ;p)*LOL* I want to tell you folks, I actually decided that rather than making the lowest price available at 15 ml minimum, I would make it really easy for folks to enjoy this precious oil, which is SO hard to find unadulterated and pure, and lower it to a 10 ml minimum to be able to get that lowest price. Everyone is still getting this oil at a MUCH lower price than possible without buying very LARGE quantites .. but that is the point of a co-op I guess, huh? ;p *LOL* > > Also, thanks muchly for doing it in mls.. Guest guest
Hi Chris, I started to ask this off-list, and then thought what the heck, maybe there's somebody else lurking out there who's as not-knowledgeable about oils as me - okay, prolly not, but just in case, I'm asking on-list. I will be using this oil for perfume mostly. Can I apply it directly to my skin, or do I need to put it in a carrier (I use jojoba) first? That Jasmine absolute is so strong you'll no doubt WANT to dilute it in a carrier first, for pretty much any purpose. Dilute it to 5% in Jojoba and it'll still be overpoweringly strong! And you should dilute any and all EO's before using them on your skin It not only reduces the chances of irritation and sensitization from the oils, but also stretches them, cause you don't need a lot of EO to do its job > > TIA and bright blessings, > Cindy *Smile* Chris (list mom) Jasmine Absolute Co-op http://www.alittleolfactory.com > ~~ I am the Goddess, I am the Mother > All acts of love and pleasure are my ritual ~~
Guest guest
Hi Pepper.. Chris, Dilute in a carrier, I too, use jojoba... light dilution at first - this is strong jasmine!
