Guest guest Posted October 9, 2001 Report Share Posted October 9, 2001 Hello Angie- Here is a great recipe for cookies uing arrowroot powder- YUM 1 1/2 cup almonds, ground in blender or grinder. 1/2 c butter, softened 1 1/4 cups arrowroot 1/2 cup sucanat 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 package chocolate or carob chips(optional) Blend together all but optional chips by hand or in a food processor(much easier).Stir in chips.
