Hello Angie-

Here is a great recipe for cookies uing arrowroot powder-

YUM

1 1/2 cup almonds, ground in blender or grinder.

1/2 c butter, softened

1 1/4 cups arrowroot

1/2 cup sucanat

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 package chocolate or carob chips(optional)

Blend together all but optional chips by hand or in a food processor(much

easier).Stir in chips. Form dough into 1 " balls and place on cookie

sheets.(sometimes I press chips into top of cookies instead of mixing

in...Bake at 300* fir 20 minutes- EAT
