This is prize-winning, Early-Harvest, Cold-Pressed, Extra-Virgin Olive

Oil with a lab tested acidity of less than 7/10th of one percent - it

can't be found in the USA except in some very special gourmet shops

and there it will cost double the price. i get it from the guy who

is just once removed from the actual producer.
