Guest guest
choose ingredients that you know smell okay when burning in other words use a recipe or do some experimenting before you make a big batch of something. powder all ingredients as fine as possible, the closer to powder it is the better it will burn. mix all dry ingredients together first. add oil in small amounts and not in just one area, or you'll get paste. also if you have a little pile of leaves or twigs over a pile of powder - put the oil on the leaves or twigs instead of the powder. it'll be easier to blend. blend well and jar. autumn icense (no real amounts of ingredients, sorry, unless you want to make like 1/2 lb of it *lol*) red sandalwood powder, 3 parts cinnamon powder, 1 part whole nutmeg smashed, 1/8 part white sandalwood chips, 1/2 part allspice powder, 1/2 part cedar chips, 2 parts ginger powder dash whole cloves - ground dash oils from most to least cinnamon leaf clove allspice pine nutmeg cassia and the one synthetic a drop of musk (i don't use the real deal) *smile* chris
