....$0.90 each. I don't know how will the shipping costs increase

the price yet, if you want me to send some to you. I buy it next

door, if anyone needs some just ask me and I'll get it in 5 minutes!

I'll try to get some info from the salesman about the company from

where he gets the vanilla if you want me too. It must be even cheaper.

The cheapest cinnamon sticks I found in supermarkets are $14.9 per

kilo, but I saw some for about $38.1/kilo in the same supermarket.

And they got no saffran there. Too expensive! LOL

Cinnamon story: There is a coffee also next door (at the left of

the vanilla store) where they use huge cinnamom sticks to stirr the

coffee. My mother gets really shocked at this, she says " Men died to

bring cinnamon from India in XVI century, and now they throw them

away like this! " And she never uses hers to stirr her coffee. Now she

has a box full of cinnamon sticks at home and she has no idea what to

do with them! I bet she'll never buy cinnamon in her life again LOL

Maybe I could give them some use...

Chris, if one of us finds someone who would want to join our group,

what should we do? We should talk to ya first, right?

Hugs,

Lena

what a great price! i also wonder what shipping would do to the cost? we know if

nothing else you are better off getting your vanilla beans right next door *lol*

i have found them for $1.25 a bean at best so far.

i have found saffron - if we want to look at that in the future. i couldn't even

imagine harvesting that stuff for a living - talk about your tedious work!

i love cinnamon and have the utmost respect for how precious it is! you can do a

lot of great stuff with it. we can get that too. i found some great medicinal

quality (no junk on em) herb sources.

if anyone knows anyone who wants to join just give me a heads up and we'll get

them in :-) the more the merrier and the more variety of goodies and quantities

of goodies we can get and at less $$ :-)

*smile*
