I haven't read it, but it's probably just a summary of his recent book of

the same name, which I've read, and which you can buy for $75. (At 6 pages,

the article is $6.17/page; at 520 pages, the book is $0.14/page -- get the

book!)

 

The book is 1st volume, an introduction to a projected series of 7-9

volumes with complete translation of SuWen, commentaries, concordance, etc.

The 1st volume contains historical background of the book's origin, name,

and history of editions and versions, and a large " survey " of its contents.
