Static Shock

Myself and most of my classmates have noticed a great amount of

static in Beijing. You can come into contact with anything and get a

small static shock. Can anyone explain why? I remember someone said

its related to blood deficiency, but can a whole group of people all

be blood deficient? >>

I have seen this type of reaction in enviornments that tend to be very dry

along with heating systems that produce and blow a great amount of dry hot air.

And quite honestly i have seen it affect both individuals with blood

defiency and those without it.
