Guest guest
Myself and most of my classmates have noticed a great amount of static in Beijing. You can come into contact with anything and get a small static shock. Can anyone explain why? I remember someone said its related to blood deficiency, but can a whole group of people all be blood deficient? Attilio

What it needs is Indian home-distilled Tharra and fresh shrimp fried in tumeric over a wood fire deep in the forest. And of ocurse a Forbidden Significant Other. Dr. Holmes Keikobad MB BS DPH Ret. Guest guest
Hi Atillio! Those of us who have travelled extensively in the US have noticed the same thing in Sparks, Nevada - thus named because of the static shocks everyone experiences there. It is all the worse for those wearing synthetic fabrics. You may notice that during the heating season, this happens quite a bit as well. In *all* cases it is low relative humidity that causes it. Go to the drug store and buy an inexpensive humidifier. The " blood deficiency " will magically disappear a few minutes after the humidifier starts running in a small room with the doors and windows closed.
