Hi All,

Here is another call for help. There was no feedback on the first call.

Can you recommend a top class herbalist/acupuncturist near

Cedar Falls, Iowa, 50613, about 100 miles west of Dubuque, Iowa

which is on the Mississippi River?

Jim H, an acquaintance, who lives there, asked if I could locate a

competent therapist for him. If you can help, please email me

offline and I will forward your advice to Jim.

His initial note and my reply, are below.

Many thanks,

Phil

walking on the treadmill. Other than that I seem to get along rather

Hi Phil,

Cedar Falls, Iowa is a really small rural town in " corn country " on the American

plains. Very pretty, surreal grasslands. Your friend might want to check the

local library for Yellow Pages (business telephone numbers) for: Des Moines,

Iowa; Iowa City, Iowa; and Minneapolis, Minnesota. He can look under Chinese

medicine or alternative medicine. Those are all cities within a day's drive of

Cedar Falls. I'd start with Iowa City. Back in 1970 to 1973 I was part of a

commune/organic farm in Minnesota and came to love the country around Cedar

Falls and Iowa City. BTW, I tried Googling for CM practitioner in Iowa, but

came up empty. Iowa is the original home of American chiropractic training and

practice ... good old Dr. Palmer.

All the Best,

Emmanuel Segmen
