Volunteers to form a team to edit Chinese Terminology Files?

Phil - not quite sure what you mean by " edit " . Also, on first glance the

first thing that MUST be done is tones need to be added to the

pinyin. Without it is useless.

ALso - an " edit " is not really what is needed. A system must be created -

who creates the standard for translation etc.
