An Inquiry:

Does anyone have knowledge of a acupuncture technique called " Lining "

that is used to treat MS? If so can you share and give a description

of it? Can it be used to treat other neuromuscular conditions such as

CP?

Thank you,

Carole

Try the Japanese tx of: Lr8, Kd10, above TH9, and

Bafeng. This is good start. I've had good success with

this.

Hi Dermot, I am a DOM and have treated over 500 MS pts. Bottom line pattern

in MS, (Wei Zheng, Wei Bi) is firstly determining the pattern

discrimination. MS is insideous has various presentations and no two

individuals are alike. Believe me work Icotreat w/ an MD, Neurologist and

Shen Jing Jing Shen Ke requires a keen senses You never know what will walk

in the door! Central to the condition in most cases is Sp/ Kd yang

vacuity.Qi and yin vacuity is common d/t over use of steroids. Kepp in mind

a ABC'R and Novantron, sdefx etc w/ concominant stasis and stagnationThe

text bok approach re: phase treatment I do not find useful in the real

clinical environment. Hope this was helpful
