Have you all found the Nexus website? www.nexusmagazine.com I recommend it especially the info about Soya...Article entitled... Tragedy and Hype. The info about Aspartame ...The Bitter Truth about Artificial Sweeteners...is also very useful for patients whose lives are being devastated by this additive. Apparently there is a shop in London selling Stevia ( a herbal sweetener used for centuries) my understanding is that the British Government banned Stevia in 1999 whilst a German University was given European Funding to research the cultivation and marketing of the herb. It is used in diet products in the Far East and Australasia where aspartame is unacceptable. Anyone with any info would be appreciated.
