Unfortunately this friend of ours lives in the UK and I live in Belgium so I can't really treat him. I hope I can convince him to go and see someone there, but before I do that I want to have as much information as possible. I then hope he will take it on board and if he does that he will be helped too. There is no problem to make arrangment to meet her.
