This is such an effective tool for Chinese medicine practitioners in treating respiratory related diseases that they simply cannot afford to lose it. Fortunately, the FDA announcement has included a statement that excluded the Chinese medicine practitioners from the ruling. The statement reads like this: "the rule does not pertain to traditional Chinese herbal remedies. It generally doesn't apply to products like herbal teas that are regulated as conventional foods". Although the details of this regulation are still unclear, some manufacturers will list products that contain Ma Huang. Is this correct? Does is change across states? Any comments?Attilio Thanks Attilio, I have been wondering about this and I hope you are right. I have heard nothing here in New York about it's implimentation but then I live in the country. I would love to know if anyone has more information. Bobi
