Bloody noses

Hello all,

I realize that Attilo and Marco want this list to be reasonably " loose " and

that they are relatively new to the moderation game. And this is not a

critism, in fact I think they have done a great job with this group.

However, I would like to see a bit more guidance as to what they feel is

appropriate content for this growing professional TCM list. There has, imo,

been so much off-topic posting and un-professional conduct on this list

recently. It's been like a school playground at lunch break, we just don't

get to see the tears and the bloody noses! I would prefer not to see people

getting personal and having a go at each other in this forum, or posting on

non-TCM related politics. Please before hitting the send button, consider

the intention behind your post. Would the other 500 plus people on this list

want to read what you have written? Those posts asking for and offering

help, sharing resources, etc, I'm sure are always welcome.

My opinion
