Guest guest
AOBTA recently added Medical Qi Gong to the list of Asian Bodywork therapies they'll accept practicioners of. At the most recent AOBTA conference we had a chance to here Jerry Alan Johnson speak on the subject. ummm ... Back to the subject TCM vs CM, during one of the morning Qi Gong classes Jerry shared with us that when he is in China he has learned to word his questions to protect the people he's asking them of. He tells people he is a scientific man who likes to collect stories about the old ways <wink>. Penel
Guest guest
There is also a medical-qi-gong user group on . It is not very well moderated unfortunately (lots of spam not filtered out). It would be good to see more practical info on qi gong techniques. For example placement of the tonge during qi gong exercise, visualisation ("where the mind goes qi will follow") and so on. Sammy.
