Guest guest
Dear list IMP. The paradigm or worldview in our post coldwar culture creates room for TCM, and also adds to or change it to suite the current thinking. I was one of those who during the 70s fought for a raised conciousness reagarding the environmental and social risks with nuclear power plants. During the 80s I fought for a raised consciousness regarding our oneness or connectedness to everyone on the planet and our opportunity for global socio-economic transformation. During the 90s I studied acupuncture for a teacher that emphasised the systemological and process thinking that he thought was the basis of CM. To me all this is connected in a perspective of a holoverse (Bohr) where we all are one... but is this a TCM perspective? Is the holographic (connectedness) thinking a western addition?
