Guest guest
Hi Chien, I hope that you will find an answer on the Lists. You could ask <attiliodalberto [ListMaster of THIS List] to cross-post your case history to CHA [ChineseHercAcademy List]. CHA has >800 herbalists, including some of the best in the world. Meanwhile, if you cannot find a good acupuncturist, consider the following as self-help; try self-moxibustion every 1-2 days, but do not burn the skin. 1. IMMUNOSTIMULANT POINTS in acupuncture include: LI04- hegu, LI11-quchi, GV14-dazhui and ST36-zusanli 2. Cookbook points for the ear/Eustacian tube/hearing, Nose, sense of smell, sinuses and throat, pharynx, tonsils & voice include: LI04, LI11, GB20; Local Points: Nose: LI20, Z_03-Yintang; Ear: TH17, GB02, SI19, TH21; Distant Points: Nose: LU11; Ear: TH05, TH03. Chien, my suggestion for you, to boost your immune system, and help your nose and ear, use gentle moxibustion [to redden but not burn the skin] every 2-3 days, alternating the points and the sides of the body, as follows: Session 1: Right: LI04, ST36, SI19, LU11; Left: GB20, LI20, TH21; TH05, Session 2: Right: LI11, TH17, LU11; Left: ST36, GB02, TH03 Session 3: Left: LI04, ST36, SI19, LU11; Right: GB20, LI20, TH21; TH05, Session 4: Left: LI11, TH17, LU11; Right: ST36, GB02, TH03 Add GV14 (dorsal midline, between vertebral spine of C7 and T1) and Z_03-Yintang (midline, between eyebrows) in all sessions. I am only a 61-year-old student, so I cannot guarantee that this will work, but I believe that it will help you a lot. If there is no improvement after 2 cycles, look again for a good therapist. If there IS GOOD improvement, repeat the cycles as often as necessary. For Cookbook Points for Common Conditions, see: http://homepage.eircom.net/~progers/adtop.htm and linked pages: http://homepage.eircom.net/~progers/ad1.htm, http://homepage.eircom.net/~progers/ad2.htm, http://homepage.eircom.net/~progers/ff.htm To locate any point in the Cookbook formulas, see http://homepage.eircom.net/~progers/ptc.htm Chien, I wish you great success in your healing and your life. Be positive and do not give up your studies! Phil PS: I would prefer to NEEDLE those points, but if you use MOXA, be careful near the eyes/ears/hair. If in doubt, use strong point- massage with Tiger-Balm instead of moxa on those points. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Ing Yong Chien wrote: > I have just recovered from radiotherapy a few months ago to treat > my nose cancer.
