Guest guest
I have long felt that both more clinical should be emphsized and tha an internship is needed. I have always gotten a few students at our local TCM school to sit ckinic during their free time and act as amentor for one or two out of each class. I then invite one or two recent grads to come into my practice and help build a practice and skill levels.
