I find that Zheng Gu Shui is more for bone and bone level injuries while Yunnan Paiyao I use more for ligaments. How about others usage of liniments. Any other favorites out there? Guest guest
There was a report on CNN today mentioning small injuries to elbows, joints in general, muscles and other common sprain strain situations cause by exercises. The recomendation by the doctors MD " S for the viewers was: Physical therapy, glucosamine, rest, braces. " " It is amazing that the MD's never mention alternative medicinefor these types of cases. 8 plus years in medical school and the usual tylenol and rest and braces etc..for the solution to most problems. That amazes me. Vanessa >> They are the same as MDs that choose to not study the evidence for alternative med.

Guest guest
Hi Jackie! Can you say more about the CNN report. Sorry Bobbi, that bit of copy was not mine, it was Vanessa's. Something has gone wrong with my quoting settings I think. Jackie
