tingling and muscle spasms

I often find gua sha or spooning very effective means of relieving

and /or identifying muscle spasms. This is also a technique you can

do on yourself or have an unqualified person do for you. Just apply

some oil to the area and using something with a smooth edge like a

ceramic Chinese soup spoon stroke across the skin of the affected

area. You don't have to use too much pressure - adjust to comfort of

patient. Often the problem area will become obvious with a

dark 'bruise' emerging - then put a needle into the darkest spots

and usually pain is relieved. Keep warm after treatment.

This should be easy for students to do on each other.

Good luck

Sue

Hello Sue,

Thank you kindly for your reply, I have a complex set of ill health circumstances, I will

properly investigate your much appreciated suggestions and meditate on appropriate course of action for the specific combinations required for my special care needs.

Thank you.

Best regards.
