Guest guest
I am an amateur practitioner, studying for my own health at this time. I am very interested in the method of discovering the pattern of elemental interaction in a person (I'm sure there's a name for it, but I can't think of it at the moment). I love the herbal aspect of . I am a massage therapist (certified in 1991) and I am trained in a form of Zen Shiatsu, which began my introduction to the acupuncture/accupressure points and TCM. I started reading about the 5-element system and herbs and became hooked. I am currently a computer and web programmer. When time permits in my life I would love to study some form of TCM. I was just talking to a colleague yesterday about Chinese calligraphy, specifically with the intent of writing out the names of the medicines. This morning I was considering my options for how to learn Chinese to be able to speak the names and converse with the older sages within this tradition. I used to live in San Francisco area, and frequently visited the wonderful Chinatowns in both SF and Oakland. I am currently in Southern California, and I miss those stores. Guest guest
HELLO, I am a recently new student here within the TCM group, welcome ! I have great interest and appreciation for Asian philosophy, I have intensely studied Reiki (second level) & the I - ching oracle as well I paint I -ching symbols and Reiki symbols (tradition black ink method) for friends and clients. I hope to learn here in this forum through the medium of shared informations and I hope to be graciously permitted to ask abundant questions of a simplistic nature to satisfy my student level accumulating knowledge requirements. Thank you. Best wishes. kara- krystalwoods2003 <attiliodalberto wrote: I am an amateur practitioner, studying for my own health at this time.
