tingling nerves / neck - left shoulder spasm

Please forgive the addition, I am a new TCM student, I would like to add another inquiry also, I suffer from tingling nerves (pins & needles feeling- severe itchiness) mostly in the evening, as well as chronic muscle spasm left headace pain & left shoulder spasm pain.(weak left side *arms, legs numbness)

There has been absolutly no direct assistance with WM after several years & several

physicians, I am in Montreal, Canada & the health system here is quite poor.

Can anyone suggest possibilities within the realm of natural herbals, & practical acu-pressure massage formats.
