My name is Heidi M. Hawkins, MAc, LAc. I practice in Bellingham and

Seattle, Washington. My primary modality is Medical Qi Gong. I have been

trained to be a Medical Intuitive based on extensive study of Taoism and

meditation, and utilizing a medical divination tool. I was faculty at NIAOM

in Seattle (now defunct), and now teach continuing education at Bastyr

University, Kulshan College of Intuitive Medicine, and elsewhere. I write a

column for Acupuncture Today (for 3 years) and am writing a book on

allergies. I started and maintain one of the first web sites on TCM in the

world. I spend a great deal of time and effort on medical theory within

TCM, applying TCM to modern problems in the TCM tradition of " Plague

Medicine. " Alongside the development of the theory is the development of

Allergy Relief Systems, Tao Fa Wu Medical Qi Gong, and a TCM/Taoist approach

to Medical Intuitive training. One of my ongoing research projects is Zang

Systems Theory, which integrates modern understanding of anatomy with the

ancient TCM energetics, including classifying the parts of the brain and the

endocrine system, as well as an elucidation of the functions and potential

of the San Jiao. I am working on a PhD in Energy Medicine from Greenwich

University.
