Guest guest
To other members of the group: I a very happy to have found this great source of information about TCM. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years. In 1995 I received my certification from the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley CA as an Acupressure Bodyworker. I have been using a combination of eastern and western techniques in my training with clients. I am very interested in the changing attitudes in the fitness industry - more discussion of the fact that we as humans are an energy based being through which a physical presence has been created. One of the experts in the fitness field who is very well respected and who is writing about this change in outlook is Paul Chek. This concept is also discussed in the fitness arena that is called "Functional Fitness" which is part of the broader "Functional Medicine". I have been studying herbal medicine with Dr Michael Tierra for over 8 years. I integrate the herbal treatments in my practice as well. I live and have my practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. I also am available to work with clients through my website as well. If you would like to learn more about my business, please visit my website www.prydeinhealthandfitness.com . Thank you and Namaste: Jeffrey
