Guest guest
Hello everyone I am somewhat nervous about introducing myself,as I am not sure I will remain in this group, but here goes. My name is Caritia, 30 years old, I live in London (UK). I got an invitation to join the group a few weeks back.I am not a student or a practioner - merely go for treatments of accupunture at a student college in Central London.I have been treated for a number of things that have been mentioned in the group - namely liver qi stagnation. It have been a slow process as my immune system needed to be built up first - I also changed my diet slightly. I believe however it is the only successful treatment I have ever had. Western medicines (in my experience) have only added to my problems, so I decided to take a different approach. I now also practice Tai Qi Quan and enjoy that immensely. In my opinion more people should consider a more rounded and inclusive nature to their health care, instead of looking for a quick fix - but anyway that is me. I will try my best to keep up with what is going on in the group but much of what you speak of is more on a practioner/student/study level and quiet complex, but I shal see how I go. I would also like to say Good Luck to all who practice these fine arts (as that is what they are to me) Bye for now
