Guest guest
Hi, I went to the dentist yesterday because several of my teeth had become sensitive to cold, acidic and sweet foods, etc.. After having a look around and checking everything, he told me that the sensitivity was due to my gums having receded and were no longer protecting the area where the enamel is thinner. He told me to start using Sensodyne toothpaste and said that it should do the trick, is there anything else I could be doing to reduce sensitivity, or to halt the receding of my gums? I would appreciate any advice. thanks- Sandra
