Guest guest
Check this out: I just put my horse on valerian for a few days as he has to be confined because of his feet, and I wanted to help him not get wound up and therefore upset his liver. But look at the properties this site claims for valerian: Regulates Qi Stagnation Calms Shen Tonifies Yin Relieves Heart and Kidney Yin Deficiency Clears Yin Deficiency Heat http://www.herbalists.on.ca/resources/freeman/VALERIAN.html Anyone done any research on this, find this to be correct or not?? I've also added a little Dan Shen - and one way or another he seems surprisingly content, without looking in the slightest bit doped or anything. Guest guest
It's Jie Cao in TCM apparently - not in Bensky that I can see. Anyone else have it in a materi medica? Jackie
