Guest guest
My advise is stop seeing your doctor if you do not suffer from any long standing serious chronic condition such as heart condition, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, etc. Western doctors are controlled by the vested interests of the pharmaceutical industry. Their main aim is profits i.e.money. They are minimally interested in people's health. Next, follow a stringent natural healthy diet (no refined sugar!!) based on fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, some protein and a little grains. Then follow a regular exercise program such as yoga or Tai chi or Qi kung Avoid excessive un healthy activites such as computers, television and stressful conditions. Make sure your daily parameters of good health are observed, namely: 1)Good appetite 2)Good digestion 3)Good bowel movement (preferably 2 times a day but this may differ as everyone is not the same) 4)Good sleep I have followed this regimen and have not had to see a western medical doctor for the past 10 years. The medicines that I use when I have the occasional flu or fever is found in my humble kitchen!!! SBC DSL - Now only $29.95 per month! http://sbc. Guest guest
That's all very well, Jerry! What about a hernia, do you include this under chronic diseases? I note that no one on this list is particularly interested in this subject. I am concerned with TCM imbalances here but also in the fact that western doctors insist that a hernia cannot heal, and this is a bit perplexing considering that just about everything else will.
